Information we collect
Information you provide: when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, company size, phone number (if provided), area of interest, and any message you send us.
Technical information: like most websites, our servers automatically record standard log data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site running reliably.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, provide the services or information you request, and improve our website and offerings. We do not use it for automated decision-making.
Legal basis and your consent (DPDP Act, 2023)
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
Ovi, our website assistant
When you chat with Ovi, our website assistant, we store your conversation — the questions you ask and Ovi's answers — to improve Ovi and our services. Ovi keeps a random visit ID in your browser's local storage so it can remember the last few messages during your visit; this ID is not linked to your identity unless you choose to leave your details.
Ovi's answers are generated using Anthropic's Claude; your messages are sent to Anthropic for processing, which may take place outside India. We look up the approximate location (city and country) of your IP address using a third-party lookup service, to understand where our visitors are. If you use the microphone, your browser converts your speech to text using its own speech service and we receive only the text. Please don't share personal or confidential information in your questions.
Before we use any chats to train or improve Ovi, we remove personal details such as names, email addresses, phone numbers and company names. If you leave your details in the chat, we create an enquiry so our team can follow up, as described under "Information we collect" above.
To delete your Ovi chats, email Sales@innovatrontechnologies.com from the address you gave us, or tell us roughly when you chatted and on which page. We will delete the conversation and its records, and, if you also sent us an enquiry, that enquiry too on request.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the website and communicate with you, and only to the extent necessary. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain our business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Ovi chats are kept to improve our assistant, and are not deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete your chats at any time — see "Ovi, our website assistant" above.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a grievance, contact us at Sales@innovatrontechnologies.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. Ovi also keeps a random visit ID in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) to remember your chat during a visit; you can clear it by clearing your browser storage. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
